In partnership with OTB and Maison Margiela, we led the renovation for their first North American outlet spaces at one of the most iconic outlet shopping centers in the US. This updated concept showcases a premium, minimalist off-white design with delicate lacquer finishes, sculptural mirrors and plush floor to ceiling velvet drapery against an industrial backdrop.
