PEN110 Studio was created in 2016 to offer the kind of partnership we wished we had: dependable, solution-focused, and easy to work with. We act as an extension of your internal team, always keeping your best interest at the forefront, especially when managing external players like contractors or landlords. Our small but mighty studio brings decades of combined experience across retail, hospitality, and commercial interiors, working with brands on national rollouts, flagships, and everything in between. The result is sharp design and proactive problem-solving that keeps your project moving.
As a certified Minority-Women-Owned Business Enterprise (M/WBE), we’re proud to bring expertise, consistency, and uncompromising quality to every project.
PEN110 Studio works with global brands, local independents, and B2B partners on retail, hospitality, and commercial interior projects throughout North America.
We believe every project, partner, and challenge deserves thoughtful consideration—both on and off the jobsite.
Ethics aren’t an option. We’re committed to always doing what’s right.
If we don’t know, we’ll say so—and then get to work finding out. You’ll never be left guessing.
No smoke, no mirrors. You’ll always get the truth throughout every project stage.
We advocate for your best interests, especially when coordinating with outside teams like contractors and landlords.
Truly having your back means being upfront about any concerns before they come back to bite.
